Carbon Calculator
Use the Sabban Carbon Footprint Calculator to measure your impact on our climate. Our carbon footprint calculator has been tailored to the Middle East and it estimates how many tons of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases your choices create each year.
How to use the calculator
Take your monthly electricity bill and on there you will find your monthly consumption in kWh (kilowatt hours). For a quick average you can multiply it by 12 to get your annual consumption. Insert this figure into the calculator and it will show you how much CO2 your house hold produces in one year through your consumption of electricity. If you would like to be more precise you could work out your consumption from a years worth of electricity bills, this will take into account seasonal variations.
